Whether it is the band, orchestra, or color guard, we will

There
will be a meeting for all parents of students involved in
the CGHS music program on Saturday, Aug. 6 . Join us to see
what your students have been doing during Band Camp and hear
about plans for the coming year.
Sign-up
sheets will be around so you can get involved with the uniform
committee, chaperoning at games and activities, phone committee,
and fundraising.
This
is your chance to get involved in something your son/daughter
cares about.

Were
excited to announce our next fundraiser Yankee Candles®
Catalogs and materials will be sent home on Wednesday,
January 17th and we are confident that well see tremendous
success with the sale of these products. All sales MUST be
turned in by Friday, February 3rd!!!

Aug-10-2005
Magazine
Subscription Fundraiser
coming home on August the 15th
and 16th. Due back to the school by the 30th. 80% of proceeds
go directly to your students fund.
Denise Loglia will be handling this fundraiser.

Dominos Pizza Cards.
September 13th we will kick off the cards' sales. Purchase
one for $10 and receive one free pizza with every pizza ordered
until June 2006.
CANDY
SALES will begin later in September - with 100% of the
profit going into your students' account.
PROGRESSIVE
DINNER for all the parents - Date has been set for September
17th. Please contact Josee Bray to sign up as a host family.
October
11th we will kick off the HOLIDAY Gift Wrap and gift
items fundraiser. More information will be available as we
get closer to the date.

A FRESHMAN FAMILY
This
is our new program and it is all about friendship and guidance!
Help
a Freshman Family to feel comfortable with our programs introducing
them to all activities and letting them know what should they
expect and what is expected from them.

Elaine Reyes or Miss L if your family want's to adopt a Freshman
Family.

We do
need SPONSORS for our music programs!
We're
looking for people or companies that are willing to give as
a tax deductible contribution.
Depending on the amount received, we will have their names/logos
in the back of our shirts, in a banner in front of our Marching
Jaguars, in our musical programs, in our web-site, etc.
Since we are a new school, we are still open for suggestions
and good ideas.
The Parents Asso. is willing to give to your child up to
$500 in their account points OR this credit will go to a fund
to help the families that cannot afford our program expenses.
