Required Material 

Please see attached PDF of materials required for students participating in band starting this fall. Yes, it will require  an investment on the student’s part.  However, most of these materials will last all four years, and are critical tools for developing musicians. They are to be used for both marching and concert seasons.

The attached information packet has been compiled to answer the frequently asked questions of new members but is also helpful to existing students in the program.

Attached is the fee payment schedule for Marching Band, Concert Band, Color Guard, and Orchestra.

2022-2023 Annual Medical Form

Attached is the annual permission form for medical treatment for Marching Band, Concert Band, Color Guard, and Orchestra.

Excused Absence Form 

Please fill out and return excused absence form to Mr. Haukebo prior to any absence from practice, game, competition, ect.

Music & Football Program

Thank you for supporting the Coral Glades High School Music and Football students by advertising in the 2022-2023 publication. The program will be sold during the football season and at various events throughout the school year. In addition, you have the option to advertise with a link to your website on the Coral Glades High School Music Association website at

2021 Full Band Camp Meal Plan 

A dinner meal plan is made available to the students attending Full Marching Band Camp the week of  August 2nd - 7th. This service is provided as a convenience and participation is voluntary.  Please fill out and return order form along with payment no later than July 26, 2021.

2021 Marching Band Football Game Meal Plan


Since marching band season requires students to remain at school on football game days - until the game is over - students have two dinner options:

OPTION # 1: Student brings dinner to school on that day or someone delivers dinner to the student by 4:30pm in the cafeteria.

OPTION #2: Purchase a Football Game Meal Plan

Please fill out and return order form along with payment by August 13, 2021.

Volunteer Participation Form 


Your child is about to embark on the experience of a lifetime. Many opportunities will arise throughout the year for parents to utilize their special talents and provide the necessary “behind the scenes” help we need to keep the program running strong. Your participation will optimize your child’s band experience and provide you with great memories.  Please fill out and return the attached form with the areas you are interested in volunteering.

Music Program Pick-Up and Drop Off 

Please drop-off and pick-up your child in front of the school.  Do not drive around to the back of the building.  Thank you for your cooperation.
